Holly Fleming

Holly graduated from Edinburgh University with an MChem in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry in June 2014 which included a year out in Singapore. There, she worked under the supervision of Prof. Weng Kee Leong, looking into carbon monoxide releasing molecules (CO-RMs) and managed to fit in lots of travelling. For her final year master's project, Holly was looking into redox sensitive napthoquinone derivatives under the supervision of Dr. Colin Campbell. Holly joined the Bradley group in September 2014 as part of the Centre for Doctoral Training in Optical Imaging, as well as the EPSRC PROTEUS Multiplexed Optical Molecular Sensing and Imaging Project aimed at developing smartprobes for use in critically ill patients.
